The beautiful alpine village Hinterthal with its fabulous stone and snow landscapes is located idyllic in the impressive Hochkönig (highking) massif and the Steinerne Meer (stony sea).

A wide variety of tours to the biggest ski regions of Austria can be made. Hinterthal is located in the center of the most densely ski areas of the alps. The skiing areas of Saalbach-Hinterglemm, Zell am See, Leogang, Lofer and Kitzbühl can be reached easily within short travelling times.

Of course you can stept into the large Sportwelt Amade and Hochkönig, Dienten - Mühlbach - Maria Alm, skiing area directly at our house. The first lift is only at a distance of 30 m from our house – a car is not necessary and can also be reached by children easily. This first lift very close to our house is in particular very good for children and beginners, especially because one can walk back in our comfortable house within a few minutes in case the weather is not as good as it should to be.
